You could go quite far with this if you wanted to and have quite the game set up! Reminds of an early PS2 game, forgot the name of it unfortunatly, regardless heres some suggestions.
1)Try to code in a bigger window to enable you to have more fireworks per stage.
2)Many more stages with more waves as you progress with different backgrounds and themes. You could even make a storyline where you are a small time fireworks company, and develop into a larger company thus your fireworks get bigger and badder (you could also throw in options to develop certain fireworks after each stage with "money" you get!)
However if you do more stages dont forget to include more "firework initiation ammo" the harder the stages get.
3)It would be also cool to develop a "freezetime" mode where if you get maybe 1 or 2 chances per stage to freeze time for a few seconds to help you with the timing. Why develop a freezetime mode and not into normal play? Just for the sake of highscores, being able to do it perfectly without freezetime mode would be giving you ultimately a higher end-game score.

"Green Screen of Death" was kinda lame! Was hoping for a much more killer sequence to that question haha!
Anyway great job, the only thing I can recommend is obviously one: better ending, maybe a little bit more detail on exactly what limbs are being cut up..and the more progressively worse you do, maybe the more bloody your screen gets/more shakey? After going through the pain of losing limbs after limbs, you still wouldnt be as calm as the character seemed if you answered wrong over and over :P...
That might be a decent kick to it to add the screen trembling at first with a little blood, then it getting worse and worse. Heck maybe the violent shudders saves the character in the next game? (accidentally kicks a saw or something into the doctors head lol) Thus this would give the player a less linear way to end the game then it did with this which is just basically getting JUST enough right to pass to the next level where your death counter is reset :P

Well, it's unfortunate that we had to rush the game in order to get it done for Halloween. Basically, that's why some really twisted stuff had to be cut short and additionally, we only put in 20 minutes or so of testing - beware of bugs >:(
That with the winning screen is one of my personal *favourite fails* in this, hehe, whatever.

Despite the style and illustrations being something you almost never see, the game play was a bit bland, for the most part you could HAD to button smash in order for you not to go into -5000.
It might be better to redesign it so your hands are empty at the beginning so you can actually catch a few new items, otherwise people will be forced to button smash "juggle" all the items till eventually they explode.
You could also do with levels, the first few dropping the items slower and fewer so you can get a feel for it, then speeding up as you progress through the game (maybe you can earn new treasure boxes to store some of the items that fall so you dont have to catch them?..i.e the fish?)

This actually has A TON of potential man.
IF you could set it up so you could use keys like "ASDF" etc to play certain notes, you could set up a game like rock band VERY easily: except flash version! Sure to be a big hit.
How could it be like rock band? simple..try to hit the right notes of the songs you have prechosen...you could go far with this...if you tried! Good luck!

The only thing I would have to say regarding changing it up a bit is, put all the first few worlds together in one file, would be a much better presentation if you had a series of short clips into one or a "play all of world 1" button instead. Then you could upload a new collection for world 2 or something :)
You could even give people an option later to choose if he goes in a pipe or over it later on etc etc :)

You're not wrong. 10 seconds is very short for an animation, but that's at the same time the concept.

I have only finished the game using a Psionic. Extremely fun on normal! I do have one question though..whats the answer to the jesters riddle about the blood at night? (the one where you pay 250 gold or so to take the gamble to answer..didnt know where to find the answer to it o.O)..
As for the things you would be intrested in: I LOVE the way you balanced the DoT/freeze/stun skills for the Psionic vs the monsters/bosses you fight! Extremely well developed and you can tell it took you quite some time and effort to balance that out properly! Cant wait to try out the other 2 classes!
My only con about the Psionic class (finished the game Psionic first) is that the forget skill I think worked PRETTY stupidly..the effect is GOOD but if you pick a skill that is being casted, they shouldn't be able to keep using it without interruption. Like I mean:
Monster uses Attack A and at the same time I used forgot on Attack A (or shortly before they used Attack A). Attack A still goes through EVEN if it went through AFTER forget. That really annoyed me! I suggest you change it to interrupt that skill if you picked it! (bonus for the player being smart!-->useful @ beginning of a match!!)
Also.. I really did expect a reflect skill of some sort from this class and possibly some sort of SMALL amounts of HEALTH healing from the meditation.
Also..the "equipment equipped" bar in the bazaar is HORRIBLE. Took me till level 6 and a lot of wasted to gold to figure out which slot was for which ESPECIALLY back VS magic..You may want to do it differently in the future.
Otherwise the only other things I think you could improve is on I suppose battle animation but **I THINK** that could be TOO distracting given the strategy already..maybe seeing your character with the different equipment on could be cool too.
Anyway. Great game liked it a lot, found my old account from years ago just to post!

Yeah, I agree with you on the way Forget works, it should really interrupt the spell IF the opponent is casting. I took that out because it made it so good, but it may need to go back. Great comments, thanx :)

I liked it! was creative, never seen sprites go terminator, extremely original!
One thing I would like to have/SEE is simply more battle scenes, the fightinging scenes were brief, but very good, with a smooth flow to the next scene.
I feel if you tried to make it a longer movie (i know this is your first in series but just trying to help!) with a little more varying fight scenes, perhaps going to a different stage? human base, neutral battlefield, to the enemy base, like a campaign that WE witness? perhaps the sequal to T3..? :) be creative, keep your flow, great work!

That wuz cute in a way, not bad animation could use work, if the different scences flowed together with a plot it would be better ,voices etc, but of course, nice animation, very cute, good job. BUT it could be alot better, tons of potential, you could make a whole "spy" vs "??" series..:) or even a game!

Heres some tips! -hopefully helpful :)
First of all, great job, love your other 2, was waiting for this one!
I know it must be diffcult, but just a little more animation on the blood spurting etc would give it a classy touch!
I feel that perhaps just a shovel might become tacky, so like in the movie, "mystery men" maybe our main zombie hero could have some sorta smaller shovels, to throw at the enemy over long distance or something? basically following the whole shovel weapon style, with a little more shovel ingenuity! again the throwing animation would definitely be a great addition!
Again very nice work, the girl was brillant to be helpless but the whole dropping a huge "ride" on the large zombie was a little, just EXTREME and you wouldn't think the girl plucked up SO much courage n all...just something to think about!

This was some seriously TIGHt SHIYTE! its really fun and i like the variety u put in this, different bastards to kill, and the more u wanna kill the harder it gets which is cooler, 5 different guns, and some weed for peace mode which is really cool how we dont take any damage, its basically a pause where u load up on ammo and blast some mofos before they beam ya but still that peace mode is cool song changing and background changing but what impressed me the most was that everytime i came out of peace mode u changed the background which wuz coo! anyways work on your graphics a little, smooth them over put a little more 3d effect on your 'ball' background and u shud have a better game and plus put some more GUNS! <<<<<MY SCORE WAS 638>>>>
